Option 1: Check Settings (Best Method)

Android: Go to Settings > (Scroll all the way down) About phone or About device. The model name and number will be listed there.

iPhone: Go to Settings > General > About. Look at the Model Name or Model Number.

Option 2: Physical Inspection

iPhone: For iPhone 8 and later, the model number is located inside the SIM tray slot. Remove the tray and look for a number starting with 'A' followed by four digits.

Android: Many Android phones have the model number/IMEI number stamped on the back, search via any free IMEI search online.

Option 3: Use Special Codes

Open your phone app and dial *#06# to immediately display your IMEI and Serial Number. You can enter this IMEI on the manufacturer's website (like Apple Support, Samsung NZ) to identify the exact model.

Option 4: In-Store Help

If none of these methods work for you, you can bring your device in-store for an inspection and one of our friendly staff members can help identify your model.
